48 hour advancement franchise

Hey guys,
Looking for a few good replacement owners for my franchise that is currently in week 9. Some of the teams are still in playoff contention. The league is very active and we advance every 2 days and a couple guys from over here are members over there also. The available teams are:
NFC:
Giants: (1-7) Untouched roster and untouched draft picks.
Falcons: (3-4) Untouched roster and untouched draft picks.
Lions: (0-7) QB Matt Schaub, RE Mario Williams, HB Brian Westbrook, 2 first round draft picks.
Redskins: (4-3) A lot of draft picks for this team! 4 first round draft picks, two 2nd rounders, and 2 third rounders.
AFC:
Bills: (2-6) WR Vincent Jackson, QB Donovan Mcnabb, good rookie CB
Texans: (2-6) Lots of young talent. QB Stafford, HB Ray Rice, WR Brandon Marshall, WR Calvin Johnson, 3 good, young linebackers, a lot of talent on this team.
